Rick Huff
Director

RICK HUFF:  Across nearly 50 years in Theatre Arts, director and actor Rick Huff has most often found himself in front of the lights, performing such roles as King Arthur in Camelot or the title role in Sherlock Holmes: The Final Adventure. But he values his time in the director's chair! As a writer/director he has helmed productions for such groups as Players, Inc., Southwest Writers' Radio Workshop, and he was proud to have staged the regional premiere of Carlton Fisk's challenging work Susanna for Opera Southwest. His original children's eco-operetta Gasp! has received two mountings by that company and he is a partner in the Gonzo Opera company, which is due to stage productions of two operas created with composer Daniel Steven Crafts. Rick is honored to have been entrusted with shaping and staging Sultan of Swat: The Babe Ruth You Don't Know
